About
Rosalyn is a retail expert. She has been working in and advising the retail industry for over 30 years. She loves getting to know her clients and the features that make their business unique. It is this passion for each client’s business coupled with her depth of industry knowledge that makes Gladwin Legal the law firm of choice for the retail industry.
During this time Gladwin Legal was awarded Best Legal Firm by the National Online Retail Association and Rosalyn was a finalist in the Lawyers Weekly Women in Law Awards for Mentor of the Year.
Prior to establishing Gladwin Legal, Rosalyn was Corporate Counsel for a national ASX listed retailer for 6 years and prior to that worked in national and international law firms.
Outside of the firm, Rosalyn is a very family-oriented person and a mother to two young boys. She enjoys being active and spending time outdoors with her family and her Swiss Shepherds.
Rosalyn has a thorough understanding of the law and how it relates to retail, software and intellectual property and has mastered the art of translation from “legal” into plain English and back in to “legal” again making the process of understanding and/or formulating contracts and agreements much less overwhelming than it typically is.
