Josh manages all dispute matters for our clients, enabling Gladwin Legal to deliver commercial and cost effective solutions using the full spectrum of dispute resolution processes. Our approach is to obtain a precise understanding of our clients’ objectives and help them to obtain an early negotiated solution that works.  In particular Josh has a focus on Retail and Commercial Tenancy disputes in light of issues arising out of COVID-19.

Prior to working at Gladwin Legal, Josh was a Lawyer and Analyst at the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC), where he undertook a range of legal, policy and compliance services, including reviewing and assessing applications for relief and internal and external advice requests, reviewing takeover, scheme of arrangement, fundraising and related party documentation, and the assessment and action on reports of misconduct and breach notifications.

Josh was admitted to practice as an Australian Legal Practitioner in Victoria in May 2008. He completed a Juris Doctor at Monash University and obtained his Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice with the College of Law. Josh also holds a Bachelor of Business (Marketing) from Monash University.
