Rosalyn Gladwin developed Gladwin Legal with a vision to be the law firm of choice for the retail industry. Rosalyn is a retail expert. She has been working in and advising the retail industry for over 30 years.

Josh Gladwin is a pragmatic and experienced lawyer. He manages all dispute matters for our clients, enabling Gladwin Legal to deliver commercial and cost effective solutions using the full spectrum of dispute resolution processes.

Alessandra was recently admitted as a lawyer of the Supreme Court of NSW. Her career has a strong focus on contract review and drafting.

Rehana Frank specialises in commercial law with a focus on delivering practical, business-driven solutions. Her dedication to detail, friendly demeanour and strategic insight consistently delivers successful outcomes for her clients. Rehana holds an LLB (Hons) from the University of Staffordshire, a Diploma in Business from Swinburne University, and is currently pursuing an LLM. She is an accomplished Attorney-at-Law at the Supreme Court of Sri Lanka and is on the pathway to registration in Australia to become an internationally registered lawyer.

Natacha Koekemoer is a highly effective and committed Administration and Finance Officer. Natacha facilitates smooth and efficient office operations to ensure that the focus of Gladwin Legal remains on our valued clients.
