- Review your existing contracts
Now is the perfect time to review your business’ existing contracts, such as your leases, distribution and supply arrangements to make sure that you have diarised all of the termination or expiry dates. Make note about whether you are happy with your contracts and if any issues have arisen. If the contracts are coming up for renewal or expiry soon, consider reviewing and negotiating their terms.If you need to renew or vary any of your agreements call us and we can help you through this process.
- Plan your marketing timeline for 2019 (it may have legal requirements)
It is a great idea to get a broad overview of your campaign for the next year to ensure that you have ample time to get formalities sorted. For example, highlight key dates such as around the Easter season where you may want to run a competition and give yourself at least 3-4 weeks in advance to draft your T&Cs and obtain relevant permits.
