Our Approach
Gladwin Legal provides expert commercial legal advice to B2C and B2B clients in the retail industry. Our clients rely on our depth of experience to guide them on one off legal matters that arise, or day to day advice in the growth and development of their business.
Our legal advice is tailored to each client. We know that our clients love that we are commercially savvy, highly responsive, cost-effective and understand their business.
We can assist with drafting, reviewing and negotiating your new or existing agreements as well as all forms of contract management. We can also provide strategic advice about your business, for example, considering whether to enter into a wholesale or distribution arrangement and understanding the differences and impact of each option.
Our Values and Community Contributions
It is important to Rosalyn that the firm represents her values, not just as a lawyer, but as a mother and female entrepreneur.
We are also passionate about supporting our community. In 2018, we partnered with our local council to provide a work placement for a mature age work student looking to re-enter the workforce. We have continued to participate in this program, having an administration student placement in 2019.
In 2018, Rosalyn was a finalist in the Women in Law Awards as Mentor of the Year. Rosalyn’s vision is for the firm to be, not only the law firm of choice for the retail industry, but a law firm of choice for excellent calibre lawyers who want a fulfilling and exciting career with work life balance.
We also provide books and bikes to orphaned children in India as well as attending various local charity events. Rosalyn and her eldest son have participated in various community events such as donating arts and crafts and collating activity packages for hospitalised children.
